Its right there on the label, 8g C8 and 5g c10 in a 13 gram (1 Tbsp) serving. Simple math gives you 62% and 38% respectively. This is a slightly higher amount of c10 then typical MCT oils which are usually 70:30. Most premium oils have an even higher percentage of c8. This has no c12, which is the dominant form in conventional coconut oil.

Does all of that make this oil good or bad?

I'd say medium (or a bit less), definitely not premium.

Just as an FYI for people looking to try for the first time: this stuff added to my coffee in the morning would give me bad cramps due to how the body digests it. It is the only thing I've consumed that has done that to me aside from occasionally eating superhot peppers.

Wow. EEK! Bad cramps in the very early morning, before coffee, I assume?
The usual effect for the 1st time users is "disaster pants" after coffee and it does depends largely on c8/c10 proportion.

It has to do with mct being medium chain triglycerides. It is absorbed very fast. I was adding it to my coffee with some unsalted butter to create "bulletproof coffee". Painful cramps. I dont recall disastering my pants, though.

I had to stop taking, um, after a doctor's appointment, test results, and new medication as a result.
