Biotin is a huge waste of money. Almost no one is actually deficient in this. It will do absolutely nothing for your hair. Look it up.

It makes my nails super thick and strong but I agree I don't see any change in my hair

I've actually noticed a difference on my patchy facial hair, it definitely helped make the thinner areas thicken up.

The entire supplements industry is a scam except for when you're actually shown to be deficit in something, mostly seniors. Everything else including biotin for hair is a scam. Further the idea of better, more expensive 'clean' supplements is a scam built on top of a scam. Further gummies are probably the worst way to get supplements
