I don't have buds 4 pro but I do have these. In my opinion, they are unbeatable at this price point. My biggest gripe is multipoint connection is limited to samsung devices only. My work PC is a thinkpad and my phone, watch, personal PC are all samsung. I can't listen to music on my phone and take a meeting on my computer without switching buds.

edit: I think there is a buds manager app for windows but my work PC is pretty locked down so I can't install software.

Bestbuy does not, but a scammer can return a fake and fool bestbuy, and potentially making you the final fool if you buy it open box from Bestbuy. caveat emptor

Bought this about a year ago for a similar price and did not have fakes, but I believe making sure it shows up in the Galaxy Wear app is enough to prove its legit.

Anyone else have their ear tip on one of the buds keep falling off? I've switched the tip from medium to small and seems to keep falling off…

Just got mine. It was not in original packaging. The case has smalls scuffs and light scratches all over. The earbuds did not have a medium sized tips included, but did have the large and small sizes. The buds themselves connected to my phone flawlessly and works and sounds great.

Aside from the scratched case, this is a great deal and I will keep these.

mine came with a warning that it was lost after i paired. Can't remove it. Best buy should've taken care if this.

Had got these. I couldn't tell the difference between 3 and 4 pros. But got unlucky with it, came without the cable and had ear wax on them 😞. Returned it the same day
