For a higher quality Omega 3 check out: NOW Foods Supplements, Ultra Omega-3 Molecularly Distilled and Enteric Coated, 180 Softgels. You will only need to take 1 of these vs. 2 of Nature Made. The price is about the same when you factor in the serving size. Plus, you are getting higer quality EPA DHA mix--not sure what you are getting with Nature Made.
