Reviews on this series of pans here [amazon.com]. Many lower star reviews complain that the non-stick surface isn't very non-stick.

These pans are pretty bad at what they do. They are not great at non stick and not great as a stainless steel pan. The purdue guy compared this pan to hex clad and they were pretty similar in performance, aside from hex clad containing more aluminum (holding more heat). I bought the 3 piece fry pan set from Costco, but like all non stick surfaces there will eventually peel. I ended up investing in all clad stainless steel.

I heard these hybrid ceramic nonstick needs to be warm up with oil first before adding food, otherwise it will stick, doesn't operate like traditional nonstick, use medium heat max and don't use high heat.
