I know a lot of people hate on the Dyson Zones, and honestly I get it. But at the prices they're going for now, they're actually worth considering purely for the audio quality. If you can get past how heavy they feel on your head, they really do deliver. The build quality is also very much in line with what you'd expect from Dyson, solid, premium, and well put together.

I have a pair of the Absolutes and I don't regret buying them. You also have to accept that they look a bit ridiculous. Personally, I don't use the mask and I rarely leave the house wearing them, but they're great for disconnecting and just listening to music.

They definitely have their faults, no question. Still, at this price point, those downsides are much easier to overlook.

Do the Absolutes have any serious extra features over the regular? Or is it just a few accessories and color?

For $20 more the absolute + comes with a nicer carrying case, air plane adapter and extra pair of filters. I think for the case alone it's worth it.

Dyson should make a combo headphone / ear wax remover.

I got one of these and I would agree except woot has been coming out with banger audio deals. I picked up a Bowers & Wilkins Px7 S2 Advanced Noise Cancelling Headphones (Factory Reconditioned) - $99.00 - Free shipping for Prime members https://electronics.woot.com/offe...source=app

At these prices I wouldn't get a Dyson over these.

If you don't want the air purification, get an OnTrac deal. It's lighter and Dyson is starting to dump them onto secondary markets.

Zone is great for people who need it. Asthma, allergies, immunocompromised.
