It has all the basic adjustments, seat/lumbar/arm rest up and down and some tilt lock positions which is a bit above base adjustments. Doesn't have a lumbar tension adjustment and seat depth adjustment which can be dealbreakers for some.

They asked what adjustments it had and I told them and now it's currently $120, which is around where it's usually at. There is the ProtoArc EC200 which is also on sale right now for $190 and includes a lumbar tensioner and seat depth adjustability, but the bottom isn't mesh.
