I've been using a XB323 for 2 years I got from Acer refurb and it's working great. The shipping box was a little scary though, I'm surprised it made it without a scratch on the screen.

I had a bad experience with Acer refurb. They basically tossed the monitor and the monitor stand in the box without any special packaging as as you can expect, the screen had scratches all over it from the monitor bumping against it during travel. Fortunately Acer didn't give me any troubles shipping it back but it was still frustrating.
