It's different. The Bose plays movies and music very good.

And the Samsung Q990D/F plays movies very VERY good but music not so good.

The Samsung has more rumble in the base but the base from Bose is much more clean and precise.

While both brands use Wi-Fi, they prioritize different strengths. Samsung focuses on a "complete theater in a box" with included rears, while Bose focuses on modularity and music-first tuning.

The crazy thing about wifi speakers and any music app such as spotify... you need to go to the app to select the speakers after you sinc them or they will never play on your wifi speakers.
