It's marketing itself that way, I've personally never tried these so I can't say. I will say it's not super hard to concoct a slurry that cats will enjoy; the more pertinent question is whether or not it's actually good to feed them.

FYI for anyone who has a cat with CKD, this is relatively low in phosphorus compared to most other Churu-likes. I use it to bribe my rotten beast when giving her subcutaneous fluids.
