It's a good price, so I bought 2 last time. Both are having issues keeping air in them. I fill them before each practice, and they play well, but wouldn't recommend based on the air issue.

That is actually fairly normal for a mid-high quality ball. That way, the bladder inside the ball doesn't get distended and eventually cause the ball to lose its roundness. My team had some very high quality select balls that did this as well.

My limited understanding of this tells me they shouldn't lose air too often since it has a butyl bladder.
Latex bladders which are the ones used in actual official football matches (WC, Champions, etc) are the ones that lose air quicker. I recall an anecdote stating once every couple of weeks or so.
OP would need to give us a timeframe of how often they are filled and if they are filling them them to the stated PSI on the ball. Could be defective too. Anyone with more knowledge feel free to jump in. I get my ball soon so let's see.
Good match balls require a little air frequently by design. I own this ball and I would say it loses air a little slower than others I've had previously. I would say that I insert a few pumps from a small manual air pump every 1-2 weeks. Very nice ball and actually ordered another with this deal. Looks nice and plays nice.
