Don't get these. Seriously. I get it that they're small but these kind of farmers walk handles are just awkward and uncomfortable.

Grab a pair from rep or rogue.

Better yet. Grab an open style trap bar and use those for farmers walks or dumbbells so you aren't spending money on a very very niche one use product.

I just bought the other kind with chains. It's a good workout. I might just try the suggestion about the trap bar though.

I do DBs most of them time up to 100's or KBs or if I'm feeling it One Arm Oly bar or any of those in unbalanced mode (different weight in each hand)...

These you really don't need, but buy if you'll use them!

Suitcase carries actually hit your core harder than farmer's carries, and are considered safer. But $26/pr is hard to resist, lol.

I have never liked this lift. I'm sure some people benefit but I just don't see any need for such an isolated leg lift on these muscles when there are so many great compound and less isolated leg lifts that are better.

Squat, leg lift, weighted lunge, morning glories, hip hinge, and so many more to easily fill the need for farmer carry

Farmers carries are not for your legs. They're for your forearms and grip strength and slight trap work.

Those are all great LEG/GLUTE exercises you listed.

Loaded carries of any kind are mainly for core and grip strength.

5 gallons of water = 50lbs. Ideally you want to farmer's carry 50-100% of your total body weight. Plus, handles of the HD bucket are thin and uncomfortable compared to a kettlebell, dumbbell, or trap bar.
