Denon's AH C830NCW looks like a compact, stemmed pair best suited for music listening, with generally praised sound quality and a price that lands well below its usual roughly $160 level. The earbuds are also appealing as a backup or spare set, especially for car use, and the fit can make ANC feel more effective when the seal is right. The main knocks are older Bluetooth 5.0, short 4.5 hour playtime, IPX4 water resistance, and no app, equalizer, or wireless charging support. A decent low cost option if you mainly want sound over extras.
Music listeners who want decent sound under $30, because these earbuds excel for music playback and are priced like generic earbuds.
People wanting a cheap backup pair for the car or bag, because they are viewed as a solid spare set when the main priority is basic audio quality.
Commuters on buses or in cars who need active noise cancellation, because ANC is the key feature for that use and a fitted pair can make it feel nearly unchanged.
Listeners who need best-in-class noise cancellation or app controls, because these earbuds lack standout ANC and app support.
Buyers who want modern wireless features, because Bluetooth 5.0, no equalizer, and no wireless charging make the spec sheet feel dated.
Shoppers who need a secure stemless fit, because stemmed earbuds are the preferred shape for avoiding this design.
People who want long battery life, because the playtime is only about 4.5 hours.

I always disliked "stemmed" earbuds, but for $26 I had to give these a try. I use earbuds almost exclusively for music listening, and this is the area where these excel. These being a 2021 design, other than for music, you are almost certainly better off with something else. But at $26, these are priced in the generic earbuds category.

CMF Buds 2a: - $24 - great sound - great reviews (4.5) - recognizable brand - 12.4mm dynamic drivers - 42db ANC - APP support - equalizer - google fast pair - BT 5.4 - ipx55 - innovative case design
-
baseus BP1 - $17 - great sound - great reviews (4.5) - recognizable brand - 12mm dynamic drivers - 43db ANC - APP support - equalizer - bluetooth 6.0 - ipx55 - small case
I'm always looking for more cheap ANC options. Bit of a nerdy interest of mine.

they stay on your ear very firmly because they have wing tips, and they have the absolute best anc ive seen because not only do they offer 48db, but they way their base is shaped, they not only cover the ear canal, but also fill the area outside the ear canal perfectly, so it makes a very secure seal.
ive used earbuds that claim 50 db and up to 55 db, but they all have stemmed designs, and this set blows the water.
you can often find them on aliexpress from 26 bucks to 33 bucks depending on what sale they have going on at the time.

Already own both of those actually. Or rather, the slightly pricier CMF Buds 2 and the Baseus Bass BP1. They both sound lovely and both have noticeable ANC. People can hear me more clearly on calls when I use the CMF.

same here! literally that describes me.
if you enjoyed the Baseus Bass BP1, you should get the Baseus Bass BP1 PRO, from ebay. the official baseus store always sells refurbished buds at insanely low prices. the bp1 pro go for $16 minus 10% discount. ive ordered 2 sets and both arrived in mint condition. then ordered 2 sets of the XH1 baseus headphones with bose sound for 66 bucks each, they both arrived in mint condition.
another great set is the baseus MA10 pro, which unfortunately are only available from aliexpress. im gonna paste a previous comment of mine here, at the risk of being called a bot and a spammer. (the way I see it, if the same comment can answer 2 people's messages, why not copy and paste it so that they both get a notification.
If you dislike stemmed earbuds, you have to try the baseus MA10pro. unfortunately they were taken out of amazon and only sell on ali express. in my opinion the best fitting form factor ever, the best sound for the price, best anc in earbuds that beats some midrange and some flagship models.
