Awesome! Thanks, OP! This actually made my day. I recently sold my large record player in hopes of getting a smaller one in the future. Doesn't get much of a better deal than this!

Is anyone worried about damaging their vinyl with this. Back when vinyl was the norm a midrange stylus alone cost 5x this price. In 1980's dollars.

I was wondering the same thing. I was considering this for the kid's records I have for when my grandsons visit, but then realized they are so into their screens, it's probably a waste of money.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank cheebong

It looks stylish, but the heavy tonearm can unfortunately ruin your collection. If you care about your records, I'd recommend saving up for a budget-friendly component setup with a counterweight—your ears (and your vinyl) will thank you.

Good starter for a kid. Our kid wanted to upgrade after 3 months once she found out what it was doing to her albums.
