That same link has an option with 4 refills.
I am hoping this is the one that comes with 4 refills (as it claims in the description), though there is a pic of a box showing 1 refill.

I agree with others that this will probably just be one razor with four blades. I'm sure Woot will accept the return, but I'm going to sit this one out just in case.
