For comparison HF has the BAUER 8 in., 5-Speed Bench Drill for $76.50 after 15% off coupon this weekend.

That's for the 8" HF model, which also doesn't have as low a lowest-speed. Equivalent fastest speed, but for woodworking, you want the lowest rpm for forstner bits. So that's not a good comparison. The 10" HF model is $170.

If you are planning to buy this for any mortise work, Keep in mind that you can not use any mortise attachment kit as the spindle space already taken by depth gauge.

I got a blemished one of those for $45 at DTO. They had a sale and then everything in the store was 50% off. Didn't really need it but couldn't turn it down, it's still in the box after about 2 years. I have a full size floor model drill press. I wanted this for drilling holes for scrollsaw work.

Got this on a previous deal and while I use it, I regret it. The stops slip quite badly and the bits deflect in a frustrating way.
Wish I had gotten something a bit better.
