It looks like this is just a pre-wax step. You still need to apply a protective wax, such as carnauba wax, afterward. On its own, this product won't keep the surface looking shiny for very long.

Old method is to wash, wax, "pre cleanser", glaze, then wax. A glaze will mostly just fill and add gloss as a filler layer. Won't protect or clean that much.

Easiest way is wash, clay (hand or rubber polymer), then polish and seal (spray ceramic or ceramic sealant/wax).

For looks and to add a deeper level of shine. Like it says, "showroom shine". But in practical real world terms, it won't protect your car and the shine won't last long.

Depending on how severe the scratches are, you can use a machine polisher with the rubbing compound. This glaze is like a last step polish before applying a paint protection such as a wax or sealant. With paint correction, you won't always be able to completely correct th defect or damage, but anything is better than nothing.

So, as far as I've used this.. for older single stage paint (no clear coat) you lay this on heavy and leave it for 24 hours to literally feed and hydrate the paint. Then take it off and seal with carnauba. It really works wonders!

You need at the very least a "polish" with abrasives or a "compound" that is more aggressive than a polish. Dual action polisher from HF and meguiars ultimate polish and compound are going to be the easiest products to use.

These has Fillers, it's something that Dealerships uses to cover up Scratches and give a Deep Shine to vehicles with Cosmetic Defects.
