A lot of people have issues with the zipper on these - looks like warranty is a pain as well since you have to pay to ship it. For a reputable brand, I would expect a bit more transparency. On the bright side, looks like they fixed the wheel design flaw from original Omni. I ended up buying a 3 set from Walmart for $60 that's generic Chinese product sold on Amazon and Walmart for 90 per piece. Should last about as long as this one.

Moral of the story - either go high-end or stick to low end, midtier just charges more with no decent warranty.

We have the carry-on, and it's been battered over cobblestone streets across a dozen counties at this point and still rolling great. Great price for all three if that is what you need.

We have the set of 3 in black and the same experience over two EU trips. Holding up great. Wouldn't hesitate to buy and this is the best price I've seen for a set of 3.

Bought these for 200 back in January on the Amazon Slickdeal. They are sturdy and nice. Haven't had the zipper issue myself.
