I've had to return mine when the top retainer clip broke. Once that's compromised you won't be able to put any pressure on the nozzle when vacuuming. I think it's a design flaw and good thing it broke within the return period.

Wish these B&D dustbusters were designed with replaceable batteries. We have over three and all their internal batteries are on life support.
