after coupons and all discounts but before sales tax you must spend $50 pre tax.
With that said, what do your earnings show? If you go to the store and pick it up and your earnings are less, talk to the store manager, they sometimes can manually add the points to your account that you got screwed out of. If they can't help you, you have two options.
Return the order, or take the order, call Wags corporate c/s and they may be able to assist adding the missing (assuming you don't get the full amount you were expecting). If they refuse, you can return the order to the store.
If you were trying to get the $15 Visa rebate just buy another item on another receipt, you can submit more than one receipt to P&G to total more than $50 total to qualify.

Every week there are good deals posted at Walgreens to either use the Wags cash on or roll it to not spend anything or little OOP and get NEW Wags cash to replace it.
If you don't plan on shopping at Walgreens as a merchant, that's fine, but because you don't want to avail yourself of how to maximize Wags cash doesn't make it an 'ok' deal. This is much better than the Amazon Deals IMO with a $15 AMZ credit. (and if you don't have prime, you'd have to spend $35 to get free shipping to use your $15 credit, which is a major downside)
