This is so much better. Miracle gro usually way to fine / small, borderline to soil. So they will compact and suffocate your orchid really quick.
This one will have bigger chunks, and it will allow your orchid's roots to breath easier while still holding moisture / keeping the humidity pretty high around the roots.

I bought the Miracle Gro before and it was infested with fungus gnats. I replaced it with this and it was clean.
