Also this guy did an excellent review. He has some critical feedback, but bear in mind that this was assuming it is $400-$500 USD, so some of the negatives would maybe be overlooked at this price point. Overall, he speaks pretty well about the machine. Also, he said he is reliably extracting at 200 deg fahrenheit which is pretty much perfect (195 to 205 is the ideal range), and he says you can adjust water temp. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MYhslsN

As for the comment about the water temp, its got a pid ( two if i recall correctly ). You can set the water temp to match your preference or in reality the roast of your coffee.
