Water, Sugar, Concentrated Pear Pulp, Citric Acid

This brand is one of only a few that does not add Sucrolose or other fake sugars. I have not tried the pear, but the mango was good.

20 out of the 24 grams of sugar are "added sugar". So yes, it has natural occurring sugar and then they add 5x that amount to make it even sweeter.
