YMMV - Looks like Home Depot in SE Austin has a price mistake for this Midea 12000 BTU on their website - it shows marked off 90% on the website, and it isn't their usual yellow "clearance" tag.
Wasn't able to replicate it in my city, but looks like any Austin folks might be in for a treat if you can order online and pick up in store, or get it delivered. It only allows the reduced price for delivery to 78704 zip code, but order online and in-store pick up should work.
