The same company who was sued for saying collagen works topically.

I bought this on the previous sale at around $7.00. I don't care about the opinions on collagen. I like it because a little goes a long ways and once it is rubbed in you can't even tell it's there. It helps with dry skin immediately but it has no residue. That slippery feeling a lot of moisturizers leave is very unpleasant to me.

Hard to say, this is a pretty close second in terms of feel, it's a bit thicker, but it does seem to hold moisture for a long time even if the collagen isn't really doing anything. I would probably pick this if you have drier skin or live in a dry climate, I use it more in winter where I'm at since it seems to create more of a layer (but not greasy/uncomfortable). The Eucerin is my go to most of the time, but this one is likely worth checking out at this price.
