I love the taste of these. Quest also makes some pretty good protein chips. The bars use milk protein isolate and whey protein isolate but probably have a good amount of palm oil. I do appreciate natural coloring though.

Palm oil is the cheapest and absolute worst...Actually allows for proliferated growth of cancer cells in the body vs other in past research. Its in so many deserts, but I do what I can to stay away from it.

I guess that really depends on your diet. I eat a ton of fat. I'm debating if the rest of the junk in these is worth it past a cheat food.

Never had these crispy bars. Glad to see it's real protein and not soy. Although with the sugar substitute they sure will make you tooty.
