The torx shanks appears to be USA made but the 3/8 portion appear stone Asia made.

I found a longer tamper proof bit especially on the smaller sizes are used more. Completely different, usually quarter inch but that's my go-to for tamper proof most the time thanks to bad tool batteries and other electronics. And then whenI need a big mama jojo like for a transmission or something I usually just end up snapping the bit if i use a tamper proof.

But these are perfect for disassembling restroom stall privacy dividers... I'm always looking at one every time I'm standing there..
