The drill/driver combo with bag batteries charger is $149 pretty much all the time. (Its actually showing 127 on Amazon right now but thats with a coupon.) It's a good brushless starter kit but like most starter kits the tools aren't top of the line.
I personally think a power tool battery flashlight is stupid and you should either get, you know, a flashlight, or a much bigger LED lamp.
The recip saw, this is a not very good brushed saw, MHPT a better smaller 18v, a better brushless 18v, and a much better class-leading 36V if you have multivolt batteries (which you should if you're in MHPT.)
The recip saw is also available for $84 bare tool today, so you have to value the flashlight at $77ish at least, and be happy with a brushed saw, for this deal to work.
Personally if I was doing this I would skip this combo, get the drill driver kit and then get the 18v brushless CR18DMAQ4 for (on Amazon atm) 169 and come out ahead. Pretty sure Acme has the same prices. Or wait for the triple hammer BOLT impact to go back down around $120.
