These look extremely similar to Volt. Can anyone comment on the quality. I just paid 40 for one spotlight from volt.

I can't speak for these, but I did buy. My experience with moderately priced outdoor Amazon lighting products like this is pretty good. I have in ground puck lights similarly priced, and they have worked very well running 365 days a year. Even being the style that are fully dug into the ground with a lot of exposure to moisture, I've had two failures out of 20 lights in 3 years. I'm confident these being exposed to much less moisture, should last just fine.
