The Q990F is the top soundbar system. Rtings has it beating every other brand's flagship soundbar system. I haven't used the Q990F, but I've used the Q990D and it's awesome, and also a higher rated system than this.

what features besides ARC?

i ask because i also have a couple LG OLEDS. but my Polk bar turns on/off with the tv and the tv remote controls the soundbar. what other features am i missing out on?

I've had nothing but trouble getting a sonos arc i bought on black friday to work with my LG oled, the voices start sounding muffled. So i'll try an LG one i guess.

i would go with a Samsung sound system. it will utilize your Samsung's TV speakers when you enable Q-Symphony on your TV to get a more immersive experience.

Lg has woworch like samsung q symph.
All it does is utilize tv speakers alongside the soundbar. Its a gimmick at best while samsung soundbar is top tier regardless.

There shouldn't be an issue just running the soundbar & sub without the rear speakers, correct? I get the obvious with the loss of the rears. The soundbar & sub shouldn't care if the rears are running or not, right?
