Enjoyed this game a lot, just don't get sucked into the 100% achievement grind (heavy RNG!) Moment-to-moment gameplay is a ton of fun. Awesome atmosphere and audio design. For fans of any combination of sci-fi, third person shooters, roguelites.

hardest game ever. only game i ever gave up on. didnt even beat the first boss. lol b4 u attack me. im a 50 year old dude that barely plays games and decided to play this one after a long hiatus.

I found that it was super hard until I got the exact loadout I wanted, then I beat it. This meant wasting my time over and over again with weapons knowing I was going to lose (I had the same problem with Dead Cells). I also played when it first came out which meant absolutely no saving in your run. I had to play 2-3 hours at a time without stopping. Sucked.

Meanwhile, one of my co-workers beat the game without dying a single time. He was super confused when he got to the mid-way point of the game and the story started mentioning dying and coming back again and again when he'd never done that at all. I had to explain to him how the game was meant to work.

Game is pretty fun but also super hard with really no way to decrease difficulty. Played a lot when it first came out but could only get to the 3rd boss and even that was inconsistent. Would like to return to it some day to see if I can get farther...

This is an utterly fantastic game. However it rewards thinking things out and fighting smart. You can do this and win. Or you can be in a hurry, die a bunch and eventually get a lucky run with an overpowered gun. Two ways to play I guess.

I purchased this dirt-cheap for the PS5 and sat on it for about 8 months before trying it... when I finally did, wow, what a great game. At the time it didn't seem like it was getting the recognition it deserves. One of the best musical build-ups to a boss fight ever!

remap dash to the left shoulder button, melee to the right shoulder button. in settings change sprint to always. in settings again change aim assist to high. when you get the melee weapon practice pressing dash + melee + jump all at once to do a super jump, i usually can do it consecutively if i press dash a splitsecond before pressing melee & jump at the same time
