You can get this from Motorola directly for $799 with earbuds but this is cheaper for the phone itself.

You need to choose to activate with Verizon and get a new line. After the phone ships or picked up, you can then cancel the account. activation fee is waived if cancelled within 3 days and yo end up paying couple of dollars for couple of days of prorated usage.
