Also, 1-year warranty. Anyone know if WM offers extended warranty on charis like Staples does (through Assure)?

This looks like a great less than $100 chair that if you're only using it yourself is probably "suitable". The fabric though would have me concerned if I had to share this chair with others, especially on a hot day...

I don't see an option to add an extended warranty but paying with a CC that offers warranty protection is best idea in this case.

Bought this the last time it was on sale, had to return it because the stitching and brackets were crooked. If you get a chair with good QA it would have been decent but be prepared to return if there are issues.

"Commercial Grade" doesn't really mean a lot. There are cheap commercial products just like there are good quality ones. +1 for buying a good quality office chair used, even if you have to pay more than $100. I occasionally find good brand furniture like steelcase, herman miller, knoll, etc. at resale shops for cheap... but that's a big matter of chance. Will cost more usually, but can sill find deals in local sales apps, FB marketplace, etc.
