Identical with whats on Temu/Ali for $15 - $25. Been watching YT videos from paint pros to see what I should get for painting interior doors/closets. They are about the same and seem good enough for that or like eterior fences.

They were great Not sure about this particular model I have a couple that I picked up for cheap. One takes Milwaukee one takes DeWalt I like the All plastic tips better than the tips with brass the plastic tip seem to wallow out more and spray the paint a bit thicker. The key with these and house paint is you have to thin it.

The first one I got I read review after review until The reviews went like this. I painted my whole house, I painted my office, I painted my bedroom, I painted my apartment, Not just For light use for spraying stain..... It just happened to have the plastic spray tips. The next one I got had metal tips and didn't seem to spray quite as well. I replaced it with the plastic tip and it was on par with the first one I got.

Amazon Vine reviews are real reviews. I've done about 800 as part of the program. I end up paying about 30% of the estimated taxable value which is itself a markup of the price you see (usually 10-15%). There is no reason for Vine reviewers to pad an items rating as there is no penalty for a 1 star review. In fact, I often give 1 star reviews to products that arrive damaged, inoperable, or otherwise useless--I can't return them or get warranty support but still have to pay the taxes. I take the hit even when the product is obviously crap. Last year I received a lawn mower with an estimated value of around $500. It was DOA. It cost me $140 in taxes. I gave it one star and hammered the company for producing an obvious klunker and having no apparent QC/QA program.

I have bought one and used it. It is good enough for doors and fences. For interior, probably not, unless you seal the whole room or build a barrier, also cover the flood. For someone who is not a professional and bought a cheap tool, she/he is less likely to do all that.
Outdoor spraying, it is good.

For HVLP generally, and especially for a cheap HVLP sprayer like this, you're going to struggle with anything with higher viscosity (i.e. latex paints). Airless sprayers are what you need for painting rooms. In general, it doesn't make much sense for homeowners to spray because you 1. are probably going to spend more time prepping your room to protect from overspray, and 2. you still need to backroll for proper leveling and adhesion.

Even for spraying furniture or small projects, something like SW emerald urethane doesn't spray well in HVLP because of how thick it is. You'd need to cut it down a lot and are probably better off using Kem-Aqua (which at that point you're probably invested in a better sprayer set up anyways).

The limited homeowner use case for this is probably something like applying stain to a fence.

Tilswall products have some pretty good reviews online. Like someone mentioned, it's not going to handle thicker paints as easily, and will likely require some thinning for better performance.

might need to thin it down with some Apple Cider Vinegar first
