Women's have narrower shoulder straps and chest strap placement accounts for breasts. Torso length is shorter in women's, and the hip belts are positioned and structured differently.
That said, with nice packs you should actually try them on and see what suits you anyways. It's very, very likely it will align with the designed gender, but other factors will come into play.
