I have one of these and it's great. Takes a little getting used to, your right thumb naturally wants to look for a second analog stick. It's super comfy though. I pre-ordered mine as soon as it was announced and the wait felt like forever, but it was worth it. Unfortunately, when they were new the controller was only available in 2 colors. Black with black buttons and white with white buttons. I would have much rather had this color scheme. Tempting to get it, but I have no use for 2 and they have almost zero resale value because they're so niche.

Beautiful looking controller, and I think it successfully translates the N64's layout to a more familiar design.
With that said...I don't feel like I have enough N64 games that I either still need to play or wish to replay to justify this purchase. It wouldn't exactly be suitable for a generic emulation controller, as the C-buttons are rarely used outside of N64/GCN context, and you'd be missing the X and Y that other consoles demand.

I have one for RetroArch emulation. A little bit of a pain to set up since RetroArch does not recognize the controller's button layout. Once set up, awesome controller. I do wish it had paddle buttons on the handles to be X and Y.

I wish they'd make a 6 button Saturn style controller but with 2 joysticks. Then it'd be able to play almost any system and capcom fighters.

If you're planning to use these on a device with a USB port, go for the 2.4GHz edition. The latency on this Bluetooth version is middling.
