That was the Day One Edition. I doubt they'll restock unless someone dumps them on clearance on Woot or something.

The Magic card is bundled with Rebirth, not Remake Intergrade.

I bought the physical game directly on the square enix website the last time SD had a post for $30 from Amazon, and it was also $30 directly on the Square Enix site AND it listed it to have the MTG booster pack. I ordered it (a few more $ for shipping), and it did in fact come with the booster.
Still available now but at $40.
