These are great but in my Midwest large city, the majority of people won't play with any color but neon yellow-green, and 90% of the time people only want to play with X40s. High level players prefer lifetimes/vulcans but the majority only wants to play with x40s.

I bought the pink X40s for a similar price in the fall and almost everyone declined to play with them.

Love this deal, I use these for drills. I know cry babies won't use other colors for games, so they can provide the ball. 😉

Also worth noting - I have purchased a few different low cost outdoor pickleballs from Amazon that are supposed to be good, inexpensive alternatives to the X40s (Dinkly, GS-40s, Warping Point) and while they play fine, the majority of people decline to play with them and go get an x40 (or Selkirk which are terrible).

I think at this point the color indicates a very specific ball and if it's any other colors it bounces slightly wrong which throws a player off. I guess pickleball is that serious. I've just come to accept that's just how it's gonna be and will use these for practice even though they perform exactly the same, just different colors.

These look to be the same color as traffic cones so if it used for visibility with that, it should be as visible here.
