If this color is used for traffic cones to see, I'm sure it'll be just as good as the neon colored ones.
...which makes it an excellent value because they will always offer to use their own ball instead!
Practically speaking, I use these primarily for drilling. But I do have some friends of who like using this too. This is too good a price to pass up. Cheapest optic yellow I've gotten I had to do a group buy off amazon's 400 ct. That ended up being about $1.36/ball. This is $0.70.
