I have the Dewalt version of this and it's very useful. I use it to dry my harley after wash, blow off sidewalks, and most importantly, use it to stoke up campfires.
was going to buy it because of the vacuum aspect. After reading the reviews, i decided not to because the vacuum sucks....only very small particulates.
Was hoping it could handle small leaves and twigs but the reviewers were sour on that aspect.
i asked Rufus that question and here's Rufus'es response:

One customer keeps it in their car and uses it to "clean the car in a few minutes without using water" after driving on dusty gravel roads. Another mentioned it's "good for the wheels after I wash them to dry them."

i personally have no knowledge of this product but for 30 bucks, give it a shot! you can always return it.
I love these things. I use one to blow remaining water out of garden hoses before storing them away for Winter and also for removing sawdust from my clothes after woodworking.

Terrible idea if you care for your paint. Without some kind of lubrication (soap) you're blowing everything you collected across the surface of your paint and leave micro scratches on the clear coat.
