Good price on a great circular saw. Very compact, so not going to be down for crazy-big cuts, but great for working with basic DIY. You'll want M18 for heavier stuff, though. This has a niche and fills it well

This saw is the terrible. Like the most anemic saw I have ever used. Bound up on a 2x4. Returned mine. Complete underpowered junk. You've been warned.

Dang, I just spent an hour before placing the order. Now I have to cancel and get the ryobi hp as I needed their battery anyway for other ryobi tools

There is only the Fuel version and I have the same problem with mine. You have to be very gentle with it. It binds up very easy, especially on sheet products.

I bought this saw when we were installing hardwood floor as it was better able to fit in certain areas. Worked well for that purpose, only cutting 1/2" to 3/4" flooring. It struggles with cutting 2x lumber for framing. The small size and weight are nice, but you to go really slow or it binds up.

Agreed. It's almost worthless with the stock blade. Diablo blade allows for niche use cases, but it's still pretty weak and binds up easily. I don't hate it, but I'd definitely buy something more powerful if I could do it over.
