No one wants to flush money down the toilet. Who has experience with this product?

Don't forget to add the cost of installing an electrical outlet near your toilet if city/county ordinances even allow for it.

GFCI- problem solved. Some cities also want it at least 12-18", if not more, away from a water source

I just installed 2 of this unit's bigger brothers, so if you have any questions, I can probably help

Seems like a better deal but i'm just weary about replacement or service parts. Is that the same manufacturer as the DeerValley - can they share spare parts?

They seem to share a common ancestor.

Looks like there are about 25 bidets that all use the same guts and base.

IIRC the latest IRC/IEC allows for an outlet by the toilet if it's GFCI. As these things got more popular, that was added to the code. Just locate it intelligently.
It's not hard to install an outlet yourself. Thing with electricity is it's not hard at all, but if you fail to respect it you'll end up dead. Get yourself a non-contact electricity detector from Lowes/HD and watch a few Youtubes. It's pretty simple. Since electric/plumbing/residential code has gotten infuriating lately, it typically doesn't allow the homeowner to do that, but who the hell is going to figure that one out? If you're nervous, pay an electrician to just inspect it (I did this with a plumber and gas lines I put in myself)

On topic, HD reviews said this toilet has very weak flushing power. Whether the guys writing the reviews were 400lb truckers or it was legit, I have no idea.

I bought my buddy an electric bidet after he was in a car accident and jacked both his arms. Then I asked a mutual friend who's an electrician to hook it up for him. He says it's a dreamer in which to unload a steamer. And I say I bought it for him, but I actually bought it for his wife who would have been the one to end up doing his dirty work for him.

Everytime your buddy drops a deuce he's thinking of you. That's true friendship.
