Overnight oats, protein shakes, baked goods, Greek yogurt. It's a pretty low cal, protein dense powder that gives the PB flavor with less Cals and fat than a spoonful of PB.

I use it in smoothies. Easier to add since it's a powder and cheaper per unit than regular peanut butter.

I do smoothies, but it can also be mixed into yogurt, used in baking (such as peanut butter cookies), or sprinkled as a topping. nod
