USPS started refusing to deliver these to my house. So ymmv. Suspiciously in line with the fallout from their shipping talks with Amazon. I can't order these anymore unless they ship with UPS and that is a crapshoot.

Wait really? Would you mind elaborating on why, or how you found out they're not doing it?

Even if they're heavy or if they break on occasion, I wouldn't think USPS has much of a choice. My post office (Brooklyn) is still delivering these for what it's worth.
