Just to be clear, the glitch and the non-glitched offer are not the same thing.

The glitched one was $30 off each game. The non-glitched offer is $30 off a pair of games.

Targeted offer and only on specific games.

Spending money on a second game you don't want doesn't sound like a deal at all.

After playing and beating the game, I can see where some of the hate is coming from. I also think it's way overblown. It had a lot of little things that took away from the overall experience. Boy, does the game look great tho!

I don't know where you're trying to go with this. OP posted a buy-one deal. You replied with a way to save omitting a key detail. SlickDeals doesn't like that. I pointed that out, then you changed it to "but you'd want to buy two anyway." That is not what this site is about. It's about saving money in a way that works best for the customer. Having to buy two of something is not always a deal.

Funnily, I don't get where you are going with this, at all. If you don't want two games, that deal isn't for you. Move on. It's really as simple as that.

There were multiple threads, one was 11 pages, so slickdeals absolutely loved that deal. Far more than this YMMV deal. So looks like that is actually what slickdeals is about.

Your complaint is that I omitted the detail that the other deal needed you to buy two games. If you didn't already know about it, just look it up, there are far more details in the actual deal thread.
