Guessing no warranty since the OEM web site hasn't been updated in 2 years (and the SSL cert is expired a year ago).

the recent Wurkkos diving flashlight was around $10 bucks and has a 1 year warranty. It's not unusual.

Not saying it's unusual. Just saying who cares, on a $10 flashlight? It's irrelevant to the decision to buy. Most people wouldn't even bother with a warranty claim for $10.

heh you're on slickdeals. People want the most for the least. It depends on how annoying the warranty process is. If all you gotta do is email or text them then it's simple. And for the record, I would do a warranty claim for a $10 flashlight lol

Its more that the deal is on old stock. If the OEM has been dead for 2years, how much life do those batteries have left? Basically, they are more likely to be DOA than a solvent OEM. I ran into that with another one of these flashlight deals (with a DOA light) and it was just easier to return to Amazon than contact the seller.
