Got the 301 when it was cheaper, they're very similar cases so idk what the difference is really. It's pretty nice to build in compared to what you would have expected from a budget case 10 years ago.

Cooler Master Elite 301 vs. 302 Key Differences:
Radiator Support (Front): The Elite 302 supports up to 360mm, while the Elite 301 (Lite) supports up to 240mm/280mm.

Nah, neither one officially supports 360mm radiators. You can fit it in the front of the case but it'll be blowing hot air onto the rest of your components.
