Unreliable seller, ordered a few times (headphones, tablets) when they had sales. Ended up gotten canceled week(s) later. Not because out of stock (they were showing in stock at the time of cancellation), because they didn't want to honor their sale prices all those times.

Horrible deal. If this was the OLED then, good deal but this is the LCD version. You can find FB Marketplace of the LCD Switch for under $150 all day. The OLED are around $180 to $200. With eBay charge taxes, this is more like over $180-$190. If you;re spending that kind of money, get the OLED, the screen size is also bigger.

Do not buy anything from this seller! I bought a pair of buds 3 pro from them that were listed as new but damaged box. The box came with scotch tape on it, ear wax in the buds, and the buds were still linked to someone else.

Terrible seller. They keep your money interest free for a few weeks. They only refunded my money after contacting pp. Scammers.

My experience with VIP Outlet via eBay so far:

Instant Air Fryer - listed as damaged open box but came in new, sealed conditioned - still going strong 1.5 yrs later
Apple Watch SE2 - listed as damaged open box but came in new, sealed conditioned - still going strong 1 yr later
Chefman Deep Fryer - listed as damaged open box but came in used (grimy) condition - asked for return and all was good after 1 week
Random kids toys (Barbies, Ninja Turtles, Batman, Jurassic Park) - listed as damaged open box and came in damaged open box conditon - no issues there

Could be hit and miss with this vendor as seen with other SDers so YMMV.

Yeah honestly surprised by the hate because vipoutlet used to be one of the better eBay sellers for deals. But I also had an issue with an item being sent that didn't match the description (bought damaged box new case of diapers, only receives 1 of the 4 expected sealed plastic packs inside). They were unresponsive and eBay had to refund me directly. They got back to me like a month after the original complaint.

Yeah. Definitely YMMV. I bought a Switch 2 listed as used and fully functional for $320 with tax. But the right Joycon stick came with terrible stick drift and was basically unusable. Tried to get a partial refund, but they never responded. I bought a repair kit from Amazon and fixed it. Ebay did not help because the seller technically responded with my request for a full refund for a return. VIPOutlet eventually responded like a month later and offered a $25 refund which I accepted.

I bought razor headphones from them, they came pretty much in the condition which was listed. But as the thread said, it is mostly customer returns that seems to be sold
