And I thought the series went downhill from season 1 to 2 to 3, so I'm not terribly excited about S4.

I'd get this if the series was over, but with another season coming I'll wait for a complete set

I agree 100% with this assessment. Season 1 was perfect, season 2 was okay, season 3 was so-so.

Why? Just curious. I think it's a little too "Hallmark movie" at times. That said, with all the crappy stuff happening in the world right now, I also think that its fundamental lean into kindness, compassion, curiosity and understanding is important, to say nothing of it being a welcome respite from the onslaught of terrible news.

Lol thought it was a movie that I missed. Show was super good even if you don't know anything about soccer.

Do you mean "Bad" Monkey??? If so, I agree and liked that show too.

Regarding Ted Lasso though, I loved that show and enjoyed it all the way through. This is worth the purchase imo. I'm uncertain if the new Series of Ted will be any good.

Frankly, I feel like there was a correlation between episode length and quality. The longer episodes felt like they could have been "tightened" by a few minutes, remove some of the fluff. I felt that the shorter episodes (read: Season 1) were "tighter" and did a better job with keeping higher quality content.

100% agreed. Each season gets a little bit worse and more preachy. My wife and I loved the first season though!
