Very disappointed with this purchase and definitely getting my money back. The AirPods were supposed to be Open-Box but arrived all scratched up and had a mismached AirPod in the case making its findmy features completely unusable. I would expect all the features to work out of the box when buying an open box product let alone have a matching pair of AirPods. You may have a different outcome but I'm definitely not recommending vipoutlet for their "open box" products.

Remaining warranty indicated that it had been used for approximately 4 months prior. Seller is been non-responsive to messages (messaged twice over multiple years). Refund was also very slow, taking two weeks from the day the item was confirmed received back by seller. While the price is right, it is not worth the hassle of dealing with the return process with this seller.

The RMA team, yeah, sounds like new open box for sure. ;-) We shall see. Too bad you can barely trust any description these days any longer, open box has really become a synonym for used 90% of the time. Maybe we need to call this "newish-washing". That said, I ordered from these guys before I think at least 2-3 times and it was mostly good in the end, IIRC. Time will tell.
